Prestige Management respects intellectual property rights and expects users and partners to do the same. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Submitting a notice

If you believe your copyright-protected work has been used without authorization, submit a takedown notice via our DMCA takedown page. Include: identification of the work, location of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We will restore the material unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
