Services

Prestige Management provides creator growth services including account management, monetization strategy, traffic growth and operational support. Specific terms are agreed per creator in individual contracts.

Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and platform terms of service. Prestige Management is not liable for content created by the creator.

Intellectual property

All content remains the exclusive property of the creator. Prestige Management does not claim ownership over any content produced by creators in our network.

Limitation of liability

Prestige Management's liability is limited to the value of services provided in the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
